Great article!

Could you by any chance have any contact detail of the BSF office in Barmer? I have been trying to get in touch with them, for the permission, but to no avail.

Thanks.

If you want to visit some place in Pakistan, you should naturally first obtain a visa. Then you can take the Thar Express via Munabao and Zero Point and proceed to Karachi. You can also get off at Mirpur Khas or Hyderabad Sind if these are your final destinations

I am unable to understand that this Gadra is in Pakistan and then we go to the border? Or the station is in India and town is in Pakistan

Planning a trip to Pakistan is itself an adventure, crossing the border seems like an adventure of a lifetime to us!! :)Waiting to read more about your adventures:)

I have always wanted to trek to K2 Base camp, but the permission to Indians are hardly granted for POK
