Sir as I know and listened from the old men that Magru Mahadev used to be in the front becoz that is only as Lord Shiva which you have listed so there should be no confusion iN this regard. It is all due to not attending the shivratri fair for long time by Magru Mahadev.So now deity is attending the fair regularity so Magru Mahadev should be given its right to be in the front.
