This April when I went to Keylong (Winter hiking across Rohtang) I met a doctor friend of mine who told me that a 68 year old man crossed the Rohtang Pass because he couldn't be airlifted. He was admitted in Manali Hospital. Now I wonder, Rohtang Tunnel would do good or bad? There were hundreds of stories like this. People dying because of unavailability of Transportation.
