The road conditions change every year and the way it has snowed, I can’t vouch for its health. However, the best thing about this route is that Pangi Killar road opens earlier than Rohtang. The road remains throughout April. However, the sad thing is that Sach opens late, and if late June is towards the end of June, that would make more sense. Sach is treacherous and it opens late, sometimes even late than Kunzum
